BC (Brian) Coogan is a versatile, highly regarded keyboardist, comfortable covering the New Orleans – make that entire contemporary - songbook on organ, electronic keyboard, and the piano. His solo outings find him in some of the Crescent City’s best listening rooms, including regular Monday nights at the Saturn Bar, while his work as a sideman connects him with other great local artists, such as Johnny Vidacovich, Alex McMurray, and Khris Royal, and touring bands such as Bonerama and Stanton Moore’s Trio.
