Chapel Hart wowed international television audiences with their 2022 appearance on America’s Got Talent, earning a rare and coveted Golden Buzzer award when they performed their original hit “You Can Have Him, Jolene” (based on the Dolly Parton classic), and ending up placing fifth overall in that season of the hit show. The vocal country music trio hails from Poplarville, Mississippi, with heavy Louisiana spice, and includes sisters Danica Hart and Devynn Hart and their cousin Trea Swindle. They performed for several years under various names, but adopted the moniker Chapel Hart in the mid-teens, and in 2020 recorded their first hit, a single titled "Jesus & Alcohol,” which featured ZZ Top member Billy Gibbons on guitar. 

Whether singing with a band or a capella, Chapel Hart can take audiences from quiet ballads to energetic rockers, all while engaging with the crowd and spreading contagious energy. Chapel Hart earned a slew of awards for their big hit, including “International Song of the Year” in the UK. Their sophomore album The Girls Are Back in Town also won a host of accolades, including nominations for Group of the Year and Album of the Year by the British Country Music Association. Their most recent release, Glory Days, includes “Welcome to Fist City,” a rejoinder to Loretta Lynn’s 1968 song “Fist City,” a response that Lynn herself had asked the band to write shortly before her death in 2022 after seeing the trio perform “You Can Have Him Jolene” on America’s Got Talent.
