The pioneer of “India-meets-New Orleans” music, native New Orleanian Andrew McLean performs on guitar, tabla drums, the Indian sarode and other instruments producing soulful concert experiences integrating various New Orleans genres and featured standout musicians in conversation with the music of India.

Mostly in listening-oriented concert settings like Snug Harbor, churches, private house concerts and some festivals, he has presented concerts with luminaries of both traditions such as Aashish Khan, Henry Butler, Tim Green, Mehnaz Hoosein, Jason Marsalis, Nayan Ghosh, Micheal Ray, Charlie Miller Priyo Majumdar, and others.
