Happy birthday, Germaine Bazzle! WWOZ was on hand to live video stream her set from the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation's "Chanteuse: Celebrating New Orleans Women in Music," the first of what was supposed to have been a two week concert series, on Thursday, March 5. The series was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic.
