Hot Rod Lincoln offers up oldies and goodies from a motley assortment of musicians who have kept their day jobs. Founding members and attorneys Darryl Berger, Bobby Manard, and Chip Saunders came up with the group in 1972 as a one-off party band while they were attending law school at Tulane. Other members include Bill Metcalf, former owner of CityBusiness magazine on trumpet, real estate magnate Lewis Stirling on piano, title company owner Jon Casbon on harmonica, and a few real professional musicians to keep the motley crew on track and the crowds up and dancing.
