There's a "look" to Jazz Fest. The instantly recognizable Bayouwear, with a new print every year, is just one part of Fest-fashion. Practical, bright, and quirky win the day when it comes to fitting in by standing out at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. And accessories are key-- hats, boots, pins, and feathers are all popular forms of self-expression.
