The Congo Square Rhythms Festival returns to Armstrong Park this weekend with lots of great African dance and drumming performances, plus brass bands, Mardi Gras Indians, and a lot more. Take special note of the annual Class Got Brass competition on Sunday afternoon-- it's always inspiring to see the young people of New Orleans duking it in brass bands, repping their schools and competing for $30,000 worth of instruments for their music programs!
