The Selvy Singers are a family gospel-singing group organized by their parents, Reverend Jesse Selvy Jr. and their mother Johnnie Selvyin 1988. For 24 years, they have been performing in the gospel music internationally.

In addition to their Jazz Fest appearance, the Selvy Singers will be perfoming Monday morning, April 29, at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church in the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation's annual Gospel Is Alive concert.
