On this 11th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, take a look back at part of the "Ten Years After" commemoration event that happened at the site of the levee breach in the Lower 9th Ward. This special commemoration event, led by numerous members of the Lower 9th Ward community, happened exactly one year ago on August 29, 2015.
